Urban Acres is a progressive residential real estate firm serving Iowa's Creative Corridor.  In 2016, Select Structural provided both architectural and structural engineering services to give Urban Acrea a state-of-the-art new home.  The building is approximately 11,000 square feet and features a combination of steel and wood construction.  A barrel-vaulted two-story central lounge and conference space is supported by glue-laminated beams.
