Completed in early 2016, Select Structural provided structural engineering and architectural services for this 36 unit apartment complex.  The building is comprised of three floors of apartments over one level of covered parking.  At approximately 55,660 square feet, the structure is comprised of a wood frame over concrete foundations making accommodations for handicap accessibility.
